概要

12V と 24V のパネルに対応するソーラー・パネル入力向けに構築された、20A 最大電力点追従(MPPT)ソーラー充電コントローラのリファレンス・デザインです。このリファレンス・デザインは、小電力および中電力の太陽光チャージャ・ソリューションを実現します。出力電流が最大 20A の 12V/24V パネルと 12V/24V バッテリを使用して動作できます。拡張性が高く、MOSFET を 100V の定格部品に変更することで、簡単に 48V のシステムに対応できます。また、現在使用中の MOSFET の TO-220 パッケージ版を使用し、電流を 40A に上げることもできます。MPPT 充電太陽光コントローラは、実際に使う場合を考慮して、逆バッテリ保護機能や、ハードウェアで提供される未構成のソフトウェア・プログラマブルなアラーム/表示機能などを備えています。このリファレンス・デザインは、24V のシステムの全負荷時に 97% を超える動作効率を実現します。12V のシステムの場合は、96% を超える効率を実現できます(逆バッテリ保護 MOSFET の損失を含む)。
