Vector network analyzer (VNA) is widely used for RF design applications, where it measures the performance of the RF & microwave components and circuits used in complex systems. VNA enables the measurement of S-parameters of RF circuits and devices which are used to ensure that the RF design of the circuits is optimized to provide the best performance. VNA is also used to perform impedance matching, balance measurement, etc. of RF circuits.
