Smart Watches are rapidly becoming the ultimate wearable device – combining not just the traditional watch function, but also most of the other features often found in a wearable product. Smart Watches will typically include health features such as a Pedometer, Sleep and Heart Rate Monitor, Activity Tracker and often GPS location capability. They are typically designed as an extension to the phone to include notifications such as calendar and messaging as well as music playback and Pay. Smart Watches typically also respond to voice commands and in some applications will include Wireless not just Wi-Fi & BLE connectivity. There is a growing trend for Smart Watches to be powered by a Wireless Charging connection instead of a traditional connector.
