The TPS7A96 evaluation module (EVM) evaluates the operation and performance of the TPS7A96 family of linear regulators. This EVM configuration contains a single low-noise, small size, linear regulator for a wide range of applications. The regulator is capable of delivering up to 2 A to the load with low VIN to VOU dropout voltage. For stability, use a minimum derated capacitance of 4.7-μF (or larger) output capacitor up to a maximum of 1-mF.
