Overview

The UCC21710QDWEVM-054 is a compact half-bridge gate driver evaluation module consisting of two single-channel isolated gate drivers. This evaluation module provides supply voltage, drive, protection and monitoring needed for driving several different models of Wolfspeed® silicon-carbide (SiC) MOSFET modules and discrete SiC MOSFET as well as other insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) or SiC MOSFET modules with a similar pinout.

  • Fully compatible with every UCC217x and ISO5x5x variant
  • Compatible with Wolfspeed SpeedVal Kit™ platform, FM3 and XM3, and compatible with Wolfspeed® BM3 modules with an adapter board
  • Status LEDs indicate power good and fault feedback from each driver
  • Test points for all critical nodes to expedite debugging
